Ordered too much, or the job changed? You can return any item you bought through Core Ranger within 30 days of delivery. Leave it at the curb and we pick it up the same day, free. No trip back to the supply house.
What can be returned
- Any item purchased through Core Ranger, within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be new and unused, in the condition they were delivered, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged, used, opened, cut, mixed, or installed items cannot be returned. We only accept products that can be resold as new.
- You can return all of an order or just part of one, including part of a pallet or bundle. Keep what the job needs and send back the rest.
How returns work
- Start the return. Call or text us at 628-444-4190, or email orders@coreranger.com, within 30 days of delivery. Have your order number ready — we need it to confirm the purchase — and tell us which items are going back.
- Leave it at the curb. Set the items out at the curb of the delivery address. Nobody has to be on site, and there is nothing to repackage beyond the original packaging.
- We pick it up the same day. A Core Ranger driver collects the items and checks that they are new and undamaged. Pickup is free — no pickup fee, no restocking fee. Items that do not meet the return conditions cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have the items back and confirm their condition, we refund what you paid for them. If you used store credit on the order, that credit is refunded first. Anything beyond it goes back to the card you paid with and typically posts within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
The $25 delivery fee is refunded when you return an entire order. On a partial return, the delivery fee is not refunded — we already made the run.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
This policy covers items you no longer need. If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we will make it right.
